I am Mary Walker, your Wellness Coach.

 

It is my mission to empower athletes and high performers to unlock their full potential.  I will aide you in fostering mental endurance, resilience and authenticity.  I will guide you to move beyond the limits of external validation, transform pain into purpose and achieve peak performance through self-awareness and emotional mastery.  The work we do will go beyond achievement-it's about helping people reconnect with their passion, redefine success, and thrive in the long game of both sport and life.  As with any program, the effort you put in is the success you get out.

 

Envision Performance (EnvisionPerform.com) will never ask you for passwords or share your information with any entity without your expressed written consent.  The only exception will be for a law enforced subpoena and we will notify you in writing while obliging the law.

I would appreciate and expect 24 hrs. notice for any cancellations.  Should you choose to cancel less than 24 hours prior to your time allotment, a 50% cancellation will apply.  If you no call no show, 100% of the fee will be charged to you. If the cancellation is due to an unforeseen emergency, fee charges will be at the discretion of Coach Mary.  Clients are encouraged to reschedule as soon as possible to maintain a consistent progress.  Payments must be received during the appointment booking process to ensure your given time slot.  

Coach Mary reserves the right to cancel any further appointments if the cancellation policy is not followed.  Should the client initiate cancellation of further appointments, refund policy will be at the discretion of the Coach.

Coach Mary reserves the right to cancel appointments due to inappropriate behavior or conduct not becoming of the client.  Respect should be shown at all times between client & coach.
