Session 1:  How the Brain Works and Making it Work for You

In this section you will learn about the neuroscience of change by understanding the brain and motivation. This is your introduction to building self awareness of the inner workings of your mind and body and how change actually happens. 

 

Session 2:  Know Your Zones-Understanding Your Energy and Performance States

This is the beginning of introducing the polyvagal theory and how it applies to everyday life but especially sport or goals. Learning to understand the language of your body and what it actually means will enable you to make more mindful coherent decisions to approach your training and goals.

 

Session 3:  BRAVR-Bring Your Vision To Life

Here is where we start incorporating all the levels of Mind, Body, Feelings. "What fires together wires together," and we can be intentional and purposeful in how we want to perform.  We teach you this amazing framework from Positive Performance-Lindsey Wilson. Using the power of visualization along with heightened emotional states, you can create the internal conditions to match your desired outcomes with coherance. You will also learn an easy to use reset ritual within this process.

 

Session 4:  ENVISION PERFORMANCE-Zoning In-Pre-Competition Routine

We take a deeper dive into polyvagal theory and the play zone and how it works for performance. This section is also based on the Inverted U theory of optimal performance. Understanding your Zones and how to manage your energy will help you hack your system toward peak performance. We will identify your different ideal performance states and how to get yourself there through managing your energy. You will also learn some specific visualizaiton skills for pre-competition to get yourself and keep yourself in The Zone.

 

Session 5:  Revision and Envision;  Leveling Up

This is our chance to review your preparation and use of all the tools after an event. We can start fine tuning your processes and make adjustments based on actual experience. This will really help put everything together and give a deeper understanding of our MindFIT Method. You will learn how to manage your self talk post competition and make corrections on the spot and move on.
